25+ years experience in many aspects of IT, specializing in parallel and distributed computing systems, blockchain technologies, information security, cryptography, management technologies, system engineering, and software development.
20+ years in TUBITAK BILGEM (Informatics and Information Security Research Center)
has worked in roles such as developer, analyst, architect, system engineer, and project manager for the development of various national-scale distributed systems.
Pursued PhD research under title of Policy Based Governance of Decentralized Computing Platforms.
Currently, employed as the Director of Blockchain Research Lab of TÜBİTAK BILGEM (with title of Senior Chief Researcher).
